A message from FDDR.
To our Family, Friends & Supporters -
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the impending closure of FDDR in the coming months.
Monday April 8th will be the last day of FDDR as we know.
We have held our neighbors in our thoughts & hearts for many years, sharing and caring in each other's lives and will continue to pray & support them as we can privately.
One of the reasons is Mat having health issues and Rose being exhausted combining work and preparing the feeds.
For the past 6+ years, (178,000+ meals) we have had the privilege of serving our community with countless meals, clothing, coats, blankets and so many other items that were so needed in our community on a regular basis.
We are immensely grateful to our loyal supporters, moderators, greeters, dedicated volunteers, and the community for their unwavering support throughout these years.
As we end this chapter, we carry with us the wonderful moments of gratitude, laughter, joy, tears and shared meals that have filled our organization with so much life.
Though our time may be ending, the spirit of FDDR will forever live on in the hearts of those who have shared in our journey. Whether you've been with us since the beginning or just discovered our group, we thank you for being a part of our family and believing one can make the difference.
As the last days of serving our community as we know it are upon us, we look forward to welcoming you to bid farewell and celebrate the wonderful chapter and heartfelt moments we've shared together! We encourage you to join us on our live feed as we come to an end to say Farewell and share your memories & prayers for those we have served.
We may be ending this chapter of our lives, but the memories we've shared will forever hold a special place in our hearts!
