Where's the beef ... we worry about a meat shortage!

The struggle to find meat is real when you aim to serve 120 to 150 meals a day!
Fresh meat prices were up 8.1% at the end of April, as the coronavirus pandemic causes serious issues in the American supply chain. Pork and beef prices could increase by an unprecedented 20% in the coming months, according to a new report from CoBank.
Experts say groceries could see meat shortages by end of the week amid plant closings Meat prices are surging on the supply disruptions. U.S. wholesale beef has surged to a record, and wholesale pork soared almost 30% last week. Consumers could start seeing shortages by Friday at supermarket meat counters, experts say and that is why we need your help now more than ever!
