I post here the big recipe for 120 16 oz portions lol
and also (the one for 12 portions)
10 pounds of macaroni (1 pound)
10 pounds of Craft Cheese (1 pound)
5 heaped soup spoons of butter (1 regular soup spoon)
1.5 al milk (20 oz)
5 pounds (80 0z) grated cheese (8 oz)
10 pounds of cooked ham (1 pound)
cut the Craft cheese in cubes (1 inch)
cut the ham in cubes ( 1 inch)
Cook the macaroni and drain
use 3/4 of the milk, bring it to boil, wile it warms add the butter and salt and pepper.
When it starts to boil add the cubed Craft cheese and keep stirring until the cheese is completely melted, Keep stirring all the time. pour it over the macaroni, add the grated cheese and mix well.
before serving mix in the rest (1/4) of milk and serve instantly.
