Take a whole chicken, inc giblets. Put in extra large stock pot and cover with 2-3 gallons water. Add 6 chicken bullion cubes, 4 cloves of minced garlic. Cook on med low fir 2 hours. Remove chicken, cool and cut up. In the broth add 3 cups uncooked rice, 2-3 cut up onions, celery and carrots if ya have em; if not don’t fret over it. Cook till rice is tender and add the chicken back to the pot. Add 1 tablespoon bkack
peoper and sajt to taste. Makes a lot to feed a lot of folks.
